Applications for the 2026 Meyers Mountain Market and Ski Run Farmers Market are now OPEN!

Please read the information below before submitting your application.

• Booth Fees:

  • Apply before April 15th to lock in the $48 booth rate

  • Starting April 15, 2026, booth fees will increase to $50 per 10x10 stall

• Permits:

  • If you do not have your permit numbers yet, please provide a short explanation in the required field on the application. This is common for vendors still completing their paperwork.

• New Application System

  • This year we are using a new vendor management platform called Hivey.

  • As we all learn the new system together, please be patient. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help troubleshoot.

  • We recommend creating a Hivey account before applying.
    It’s quick and allows you to:

  • Store required documents for future applications

  • Apply easily to both markets

  • Access receipts for payments

  • View the booth map and vendor details

  • Manage your market schedule in one place

• Choose Your Attendance Option

  • When applying, please select the option that best matches your planned attendance.

• Full-Time Season Pass: (All Market Dates)

  • Best for vendors planning to attend the entire season.

    • Pay in full after approval

    • 10% discount on booth fees

    • One approval email covering the full season (15 dates)

• Individual Event Pricing: (Select Specific Market Dates)

  • Best for vendors attending select market dates or who prefer to pay the day of the event.

    • Choose only the dates you want

    • Pay on the day of the market (cash accepted)

    • Automated invoice + reminder sent 30 days before each event
      (You may disregard this if paying cash)

    • One approval email per accepted date

  • Example: If you apply for 5 dates, you will receive 5 approval emails.

• Open Food Vendors: Instead of a booth fee, Open Food Vendors pay a 10% sales commission after each event. If you plan to attend all market dates, please select the Season Pass option when applying.
