Become a Fall Fest Vendor

Interested in becoming a vendor at the Meyers Mountain Fall Festival?

Please fill out this form and Kree Abravanel, Festival Manager will be in touch with you. This event is two days, Saturday October 11th and Sunday October 12th, 2025.

We have limited space for vendors at the Fall Fest and will be taking 25 artisan vendors, 5-7 food vendors, and 12 farmers and baked good vendors.

If you are applying to become an Arts & Craft vendor, please note your products need to be handmade in order to be accepted into the festival.

If approved to become a vendor, Kree will be sending you the 2025 Fall Festival Vendor Contract and you will need to upload copies of all required documents.

What size booth or space do you need?

ARTISAN & PRE-PACKAGED FOOD VENDORS: Each 10x10 Booth Space will cost $60 per day for a total of $120 for both days. FARMERS/PRODUCERS: Each 10x10 Booth Space will cost $60 per day for a total of $120 for both days. FOOD VENDORS w/ PREP ON-SITE: the cost is 10% of gross sales or $200 whichever is greater. Payment is due at the time of acceptance; a separate invoice will follow when contract is sent.

Do you have vendor insurance?

Vendor insurance may be required by the Festival. Please let us know if you already have a policy in place.
